1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in protection dog training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to dog bites, scratches, injuries to persons or property, and unpredictable behaviour. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the training of my dog.

2. Release of Liability

I, the undersigned, agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Revolution Protection Dogs Ltd, its owners, employees, trainers, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property that may occur during or after training.

3. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revolution Protection Dogs Ltd from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including lawyer fees) arising from any acts of my dog, including but not limited to injury to other animals, property, or persons.

4. Medical Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency involving my dog, I authorise Revolution Protection Dogs Ltd to seek veterinary or medical care at my expense. I understand that reasonable efforts will be made to contact me.

5. Photography and Media Release

I consent to the use of photographs or videos of my dog for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes by Revolution Protection Dogs Ltd, without compensation.

6. Acknowledgment of Training Results

I understand that while Revolution Protection Dogs Ltd uses professional methods to train protection dogs, no guarantees are made regarding the results of the training. I accept that my dog’s behavior is ultimately my responsibility.

7. Binding Agreement

This waiver is binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE AGREEMENT. I SIGN IT WITH THE CHECK BOX VOLUNTARILY AND WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF ITS LEGAL SIGNIFICANCE.
