1. Definitions
• “Company” refers to Revolution Protection Dogs Ltd, its employees, agents, and representatives.
• “Client” refers to any individual or business purchasing or engaging with the Company’s services.
• “Dog(s)” refers to any canine sold, trained, or handled by the Company.
• “Services” refers to all training, sales, boarding, and consultation services offered by the Company.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with Revolution Protection Dogs Ltd for the purchase, training, or handling of protection dogs, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions. No variation of these terms shall apply unless agreed upon in writing.
3. Services Provided
The Company provides:
• Sale of Trained Protection Dogs: Fully or partially trained dogs for family and personal protection.
• Training Services: Customised obedience and protection training for client-owned dogs.
• Consultation: Security assessments and dog suitability consultations.
4. Health and Behavioural Guarantee
4.1 All dogs sold are subject to a veterinary health check and are provided with up-to-date vaccinations, microchipping, and parasite control.
4.2 While the Company ensures dogs are trained to the highest standards, no guarantee is made regarding a dog’s future behaviour due to factors beyond the Company’s control, including the Client’s handling and environment.
4.3 The Client is responsible for continued training and care to maintain the dog’s behaviour.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the purchase of a dog.
5.2 The full balance must be paid before delivery or collection of the dog or commencement of training.
5.3 Payment can be made by Bank Transfer or Card Payment. Late payments may result in additional fees or cancellation.
6. Delivery and Collection
6.1 Dogs will only be released to the Client once full payment has been received.
6.2 Delivery arrangements must be agreed upon in writing. Additional delivery fees may apply for transport outside the UK.
6.3 Risk and responsibility for the dog transfer to the Client upon delivery or collection.
7. Client Responsibilities
7.1 The Client must provide a safe, secure, and appropriate environment for the dog.
7.2 The Client agrees to follow any care, handling, and training guidance provided by the Company.
7.3 The Client must ensure that they comply with UK laws regarding dog ownership, including but not limited to the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 and the Animal Welfare Act 2006.
8. Liability
8.1 The Company is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by the dog after delivery or during training.
8.2 The Client agrees to indemnify the Company against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the dog’s actions after delivery.
8.3 The Company will not be held responsible for delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or illness.
9. Returns and Refunds
9.1 Due to the bespoke nature of protection dogs, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the dog is delivered.
9.2 In exceptional cases, and at the Company’s discretion, a dog may be returned within 30days for partial refund or exchange, subject to assessment.
10. Training Disclaimer
10.1 Training results can vary based on the dog’s temperament and the Client’s adherence to guidance. The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes.
10.2 The Client accepts responsibility for maintaining training and managing the dog appropriately.
11. Confidentiality
11.1 The Client agrees not to disclose any training methods, business operations, or trade secrets of the Company.
11.2 All personal information will be handled in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
12. Governing Law
12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12.2 Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
